I have acted as an advisor to many corporates (C-level, board and owners). I tend to prefer the discussions with owners since the changing food system is existential and long term and requires thinking outside the box.

I have stopped counting how many food tech entrepreneurs I have coached over the years. Sometimes I do it against a fee, sometimes against ownership and sometimes for free; a worthy cause should never feel that money is an obstacle.
